Shipped pretty slow with few updates. Tracking showed them as being in California for 8 days and then poof they arrived in New York just after I inquired about a possible lost shipment. Better status needed.

Jacket came in quickly, so shipping was good. Three tries at contacting customer support and no luck. Maybe they are closed for the holidays, but they should have an auto responder that says so. Otherwise it seems they are ghosting me.
