I have been trying to contact for a material defect close to a week now with no response

Overall the r quality of gear and the posing is awesome. I have larger quads 197 and 5 ft 9 in and I went with a large. The pockets on the quad portion definitely restrict movement. I’m not returning because the snuggnes is something I don’t mind. But is simmering pearl Izumi should look into. Maybe a different thigh pocket material that stretches better. Overall heat product

Updated bib was not as comfortable as the one I purchased last year and it was not as easy to take a nature break.

I have tried multiple times to reach this company to NO avail. My emails don’t go through. There is NO phone number. I have a pair of riding pants ( I have bought their product for years) that are defective and uncomfortable to cycle in. I suppose I am stuck either them Very poor customer service. I am done here!
