Had to return the first pair as the size wasn't quite right. Winter weather was closing in, and I didn't want to wait for the new size, so I ordered a second pair. I waited for the new pair before returning the first ones as I wanted to compare sizing. So when I went to return the original pair, the return process was well thought out and executed, and the funds were refunded immediately—nice service, happy to have done business with these guys.
