For the past 6 weeks I've trying to resolve an order issue with no luck. Chat is a AI bot, email is a no response and a till free number goes to voicemail with no call back. Use another retailer. I've been wearing PI since the 80's. That will likely not continue. After trying other brands, I'm going with Velocio, Ornot or Asso

For the past month or so I have been trying to resolve a return/exchange issue and have had no luck reaching anything other than their AI chat bot. Zero response from info@pearlizumi.com. They do provide a toll free number but it goes directly to voicemail with no call back. I've been wearing PI for decades and up till now have never had an issue. My advice is keep it simple and pray you do not require assistance from a human. Better yet, if you want pearl izumi use another retailer.

Shipping was way slow, but I was forewarned by company that their warehouse relocated and shipping would be affected at the present, so no biggie.

As usual, Pearl has advanced the tech in bib shorts. These are part of my race kit for 2026 and I already feel faster and more comfortable in them!

Timely and got what I wanted

I ordered a pair of Men's Quest Shorts on June 3, 2026. My order was delayed due to the Pearl Izumi warehouse move. After exchanging several emails with the company I was told my order was canceled because the item was out of stock and I'd get a refund. The Pearl Izumi refund deducted the cost of shipping! A cost the company never incurred!

Ehh. Online purchases did not meet expectations. First pair not color depicted. Second pair (different style) color was fine, but too small. Arranged for replacement next size up, technically foys, but not a comfortable cut/style. It is stiff and I feel like im wearing a diaper.
