I purchased 4 Troy Dax Scones for one of our bathrooms and they are stunning. It’s made of cork and I love the organic look of it. The quality is great and the shipping was fast and well packaged.

I contacted customer support to ask for return information. The response was quick, polite and included a RMA # and return address. I took the unopened package to FedX since it was originally shipped to me via FedX. I was socked to be charged over $70. I would have appreciated being informed that Paynes Gray did not have a discounted FedX rate, I would have taken the package to another vendor for the return. After being charged so much I sent an email to the customer support rep who responded to my question about the return process to express my dissatisfaction and ask what the RMA # was for. To date, no reply back.
