Delivery team was great and I emailed a question to the Paynes Gray team ahead of time who were super responsive and helpful.

I still have not received my bed. I am Still waiting to hear SOMETHING about my expected delivery. The only communication about my delivery was several weeks ago when I received an email saying a BOL had been created and item picked up for transit. Would be nice to get an update letting me know where the bed is and when it is expected to arrive.

The Barcelona cloche looks nothing like the picture. The. Glass on my cloche is thin. And very much transparent. No way is it recycled glass. Also the shape of it is very different than what is pictured. I am able to use the cloche, it, disappointed about its look
