The hammock stand was packed well and delivered on time. The packing protected the stand.

Quick shipping within a week and then easy-to-follow instructions meant I was in my hammock within 15-minutes. Enjoyable spot in the backyard!

I was very impressed with the quality of the fabric and other materials as well as the overall attention to detail. That said, the design/engineering of the chair fell short and I am pretty disappointed in how it performs. The seat is too shallow, I am 5’10” 175 lbs and I wish the seat was 2-4” deeper, and taller or larger and it would be almost unusable. The angle of the seat is wrong and places the pivot point too far forward so that you end up leaning out of the chair if your feet are not on the ground. I was able to remedy this a little but shortening the ropes at the front three positions, and ideally I’d let out some slack at the back, but unfortunately there is not enough length in the rope to accomplish this. The price point and the reviews set my expectations high and sadly they were not met. At least they look good hanging in our maple trees and the lids are able to enjoy them.

Love it!! Purchasing, delivery, and setup up were very easy!

Nothing makes an afternoon leisurely like this hammock.

Great service, quality product.

Love our hammock, but was looking to use a gift card for a separate purchase and the site wouldn't take it. Had to call customer service and they had to call back and take the order over the phone to process. Again, great product, but just okay on the ordering process.

Love it, second one we have had. Looking forward to years of lounging in it between the trees.

Great place to shop

We needed new hammock wooden spreader bars and the company was great to work with! Nice quality

The whole experience was great! The hammock and stand were a gift for my son and his family. They were thrilled with the product and amazed at how fast the order arrived. Everything was perfect and I was so glad I ordered from Pawleys Island Hammocks. I highly recommend the company!

Great service

Beautiful hammock! Shipped very fast. I would highly recommend.

Ordered a replacement cushion for a swing. The old cushion lasted almost 20 years! Great quality of cushion. Pattern was very nice. Durable and easy to clean. Customer service was great. Cushion shipped sooner than stated.

We love our new Pawleys Island hammock which replaced our old one that was more than 25 years old! It was finally time for a new one. Beautifully handcrafted and a great napping spot!

We have had our swing for over 10yrs and WE LOVE IT! It is beautiful, so comfortable and durable. We built a support between two trees that faces the sunset and enjoy it nightly! It is well made with the highest quality materials. I have also received excellent customer service when I needed a replacement part recently. I cannot imagine our outdoor space without one!!

The swing doesn’t sit quite right. I’ve had one previously that was great but this one seems to be made wrong

Good

Did a small order and it arrived on time and the fit was great.

Quick service and nice packaging.
