The service was excellent. I received my wooden hammock stand. I love it! A little expensive but it was excellent quantity. When putting it together don't tighten the screws all the way till it's all put together. Very important!!

These hammock swings are not the same as the original Pawleys rope hammocks, sized different, big clunky wood bar with a chain. They are ok but not original.

I do not have a picture of my father who is 87 years old on the ground, but the entire thing tipped over it was set up correctly. We bought the rope hammock and the metal stand. The hammock is OK. The metal stand is absolutely worthless.

The hammock stand was packed well and delivered on time. The packing protected the stand.

Quick shipping within a week and then easy-to-follow instructions meant I was in my hammock within 15-minutes. Enjoyable spot in the backyard!

I was very impressed with the quality of the fabric and other materials as well as the overall attention to detail. That said, the design/engineering of the chair fell short and I am pretty disappointed in how it performs. The seat is too shallow, I am 5’10” 175 lbs and I wish the seat was 2-4” deeper, and taller or larger and it would be almost unusable. The angle of the seat is wrong and places the pivot point too far forward so that you end up leaning out of the chair if your feet are not on the ground. I was able to remedy this a little but shortening the ropes at the front three positions, and ideally I’d let out some slack at the back, but unfortunately there is not enough length in the rope to accomplish this. The price point and the reviews set my expectations high and sadly they were not met. At least they look good hanging in our maple trees and the lids are able to enjoy them.

Love our hammock, but was looking to use a gift card for a separate purchase and the site wouldn't take it. Had to call customer service and they had to call back and take the order over the phone to process. Again, great product, but just okay on the ordering process.

Love it, second one we have had. Looking forward to years of lounging in it between the trees.
