Good product very cheap without compromising on quantity issue with the delivery driver as his pump truck ran out of juice but not the fault of this company.

Ordered flags but we were 2 short when delivered . I emailed the company and was pleased with the quick response and helpful staff. But being 2 short was a inconvenience

Discovered Paving Slabs UK online and was looking for the 560/275 size, that I already had for a patio extension. Spoke to Customer Services, even on a Bank Holiday, and got great service, advising stock was imminent and could be delivered within a week. Placed order and had delivery 1 week later. Competitive price too!

Our order was easy to do, delivery was as it said, the driver was really helpful as we had 3 palletts he put them on the drive just where we wanted them. Then we un wrapped the packaging around the porcelain patio tiles, every tile was individually wrapped in cardboard and all in excellent condition. We are extremely happy and they have been put down on our patio area that is in the sunshine and we can still walk barefoot on them. Such a fabulous tile.

There was a delay in delivery, after my order I was contacted and told the slabs were out of stock and given the choice of a refund or to wait. I chose to wait and I'm glad i did. While waiting communication was quick and responsive. Now they are here we love our Indian sandstone slabs, we've sealed them which brought out the colours wonderfully. They were also the best price around.

Review broken down into elements: Price: Good, competitive Delivery: Late Packaging: Poor / Inadequate Quality: Product Stained, broken slabs, thickness at bottom end of tolerance I. e nominal 20mm+/-2mm. Slabs at 18mm or under. 53% of slabs had defects of various degrees. Complaint Resolution: Very poor, Paving Slabs Uk will not provide replacement slabs for the aforementioned defects. Summary - a low cost option however the service and quality are reflective of the price. If your risk averse, I do not recommend.

4 out of 40 slabs arrived damaged, when we started laying them another 6 cracked, this was due to the porcelain being laid flat on a pallet and sent through the palletline network. Sending porcelain laid flat on top of each other through courier is insane. No chance of them staying intact. Non protection other than cardboard. The bottom ones cracked and the ones above those directly obviously rattled so much and weakend/fractured. Ended up with 10 broken out of 40! We was offered £12 compensation, when asked to return was told we would have to pay for return haulage and also pay for the haulage costs for original delivery! So whats the point as that comes to a huge chunk of the cost of the slabs. Use a local company that deliver their own slabs.

We ordered natural stone paving slabs from here and we are absolutely happy with the quality and the customer service we received. They helped us resolve an issue where ordered porcelain slabs very promptly giving us the option to change it.
