My first order was confirmed, even when the item was out of stock. The order was cancelled while waiting for new stock. I was promised a message when it was back in stock, which didn’t happen. I noticed it was back in stock and re-ordered. I wasn’t sure when it was dispatched and when to expect delivery. It arrived without prior warning — fortunately I was at home. Overall not great customer service.

Very happy with the quality and price of the slabs. Had problems with delivery; whilst on time, slabs arrived on a damaged pallet which made unloading them very difficult. One slab broke in the process
