I got exactly what I ordered!

The initial person was helpful. Marvin was not helpful, condescending and did not listen or care. I called to verify my order after three business days. He talked over me and basically told me to shut up and deal with it. My order wasnt processed until i called. I verified my vin three days earlier and he kept saying that i didnt do my part and we he finally checked the order he stated "I see you just sent that to me" i asked for an eta and he stated " after i find it and box it, ill send it out tomorrow " no eta no explanation. i order from rock auto in new york and get parts faster i plan to order but from a different location like jacksonville.

Parts came in perfect and quickly. We will definitely order again in the future.

Hunting around for the best price on the web can be taxing and not always safe to purchase because of the other fees that can occur during checkout. I found that this site is very competitive not only in prices but the overall success of the parts being delivered.

Thanks for the quick delivery. Only one concern where I could not take advantage of no shipping charge if I purchased a certain amount. Just so happen that I could not get the cargo mat on-line yet the Wilmington Infiniti NC is where thes mats came from. I know they had the cargo mat in stock because I called before I checked on line. I am pleased with the do mats.
