1 of the front matts was dirty and scuffed up

The part was good, the shipping was a nightmare even after paying for expedited delivery. Called to complain and request a refund for shipping and was told someone will reach back out, which never happened

We never received the part

Based on the model and year of our car I ordered the part I thought I needed. I ordered the part on line. Customer service emailed me immediately to inform me that it was the wrong part based on the VIN and helped me to get the right part. Saving me from having to return the part and re-order. Excellent service!

Part came in as described. Good turn around time on such an older part.

Part came and fit, no complaints.

Never heard back from them . I order my all weather floor mats almost 3 weeks ago and never heard back from them .

Part was never sent. It was left to me to follow-up twice. I expect better from a premium brand. Ultimately part was hand delivered weeks after ordering.

Called and emailed regarding installation instructions for the I ordered and no response. Would not recommend your company. Another dealer got me the information I needed with one phone call.

The San Jose Infiniti Parts Department is Unprofessional, makes up stuff and then blames the Customer (even threatening to ban them from all future orders). The parts website allows, items you add to the cart to be shipped with FREE Expedited Shipping over a certain $ amount - but they would not honor it, and ask extra money if customer wishes to expedite - if Customer asks why, then will say this will be your last order with us. . . And I have had nearly a decade long relationship with this dealer, and have driven Infinitis for 18 years. They cannot take punitive actions against a customer who questions their professionalism in good faith. My recommendation to them would be instead of trying to FIX THE CUSTOMER, fix their e-commerce system, so it does not LIE to the customer that they qualify for EXPEDITED shipping with a Target Date and then ask the Customer it will take 10 days over the target date, but you can chose to pay more. This attitude, is not customer OR service oriented, lacks basic ethics, is unprofessional, demonstrates no empathy. I am only giving them an extra star due to my past Sales & Service relationship (where most staff has left) and the current service advisor (Kevin) who was very understanding and should customer focus.

I ordered a gap cap, got the wrong one and I've been trying to get a replacement with no response for a week.
