Terrible service, wrong order sent.
I ordered a timing chain and received a timing chain guide. I spent an extra $23 to expedite the shipping it ended up having to also pay the fee to return the wrongly sent order back to the dealership. I am very disappointed in the terrible service I received and will never order from your dealership again.

Grade of F Long time Nissan/Infiniti fan. I've owned a Nissan Z, Nissan Maxima, Nissan Pathfinder and now an Infiniti QX70 Sport(VIN JN8CS1MW1HM413890, Case # 55683856) which I have always craved. Its been a kick it down the road type of experience from Infiniti Corporate of North America since the get go. The vehicle was purchased used in mint condition from a Lexus dealership at Sewell Lexus of Fort Worth. They have been wonderful down to the wire. Infiniti Corporate on the other hand, a different story. I live 25 miles from Nissan Carson City which I took the vehicle into be looked at regarding a grinding noise in the steering column. Turns out to be a faulty tilt steering motor. Easy fix, right? No, for some moronic reason, the entire steering wheel assembly must be replaced. A $2k-3k + labor. For faulty, small, simple motor the size of my fist. Strike 1. Next, this part has a long history of malfunctioning and there is a TSB on this part and Infiniti only recognizes this if its looked at by an Infiniti dealership. That happens to be 200 miles round trip away in Roseville, CA as the closest one in Reno went out of business because Infiniti is in red alert crisis mode. I spoke to Infiniti Client Affairs about having Nissan Carson City help as Nissan is the mother ship of Infiniti and I have a disability so it is challenging for me to drive very long distance. Furthermore, can there be some "good neighbor" service assistance to have this part fixed since it has a poor history of malfunctioning and if so fixed at a dealership that is close to the customer. ??? Push come to shove, and going up thru the chain of command, the answer is a residing "no". Strike 2. Finally, the entire steering control arm is ordered thru San Jose Nissan/Infiniti and shipped to Nissan Carson City. Well, the fun doesn't end there. The part arrives damaged and now we are all in the middle of trying to figure it out and who needs to do what??? Strike 3. Thought, I loved Nissan Corp. B...

I made an order and one of parts was not available so they asked to take it off the order I agreed and it increased my order a lot due to not getting the shipping discount. It was not my fault the part was not available and when I asked why this happened I never received a response.

Terrible shipping time and cost - Item description is wrong and received the wrong item
Took a week to ship a single standard lugnut and cost $20 in shipping. The description for the item I ordered was a set of four wheel-lock lugnuts with coded lug key.

Plastic hood guard disaster
I purchased what I thought was a clear coat plastic protection for my brand new Infiniti QX 80. Package derive quickly enough, but inside was a hunk of plastic that number one did not fit that number two was not clear at all as it stood out like a sore thumb. I ended up taking it off my car and throwing it away. $280 down the drain.
