Quick, easy, simple process. Finally solved the annoying issue of my apple carplay disconnecting at every bump and turn. I like the convenience of being able to purchase parts here; my local shops don’t let you purchase parts unless you schedule for them to replace it for you, and I couldn’t find this part anywhere else. Definitely will be the first place I check next time I need something!

Easy to work with!

I ordered online to get the discount and paid to have it delivered since I am local. The parts guy emailed me asking me to pick it up. Then when I could t he failed to send it out. I had to call twice to get it delivered (as I originally paid for) and then he was rude and short with me on the phone. Don’t be upset with me when you fail to do your job correctly you. I love Ed Martin Toyota overall. I buy all my parts from here and have all my service done here since my warranty expired (bought elsewhere then found Ed Martin). But this experience really surprised me. This review is about the online parts dept.
