The mats I ordered were different then the ones I received I wanted the the mats that said fj cruiser in white writing, the ones I received fit well but weren’t the same

I wasn't happy when I picked up the item from the ED Martin toyota Noblesville, actually I stopped getting my car serviced there and now will never order from their location, anyway I got an email says my item might not fit on the specific car so I went to the store to see what's the issue the Employee went inside brought another one and they confirmed my order will be ready for pickup on Friday so I asked to confirm again about the email I got, they confirmed again my part will fit the car and everything should be fine. So I went to pickup when it was ready surprised the manager came from inside after a long wait to tell me that my part that I paid for isn't ready for pickup and it's not gonna fit on my car but he has the right item for my car in the store but I have to pay $224 instead of my item was almost $88 online. If i came to your store before this matter 2 days before to avoid any issues on pickup day and you confirmed twice that everything is good to go. Why this is happening? I was tight on the time because I had to travel out the state and had no other option except paying the asked price but I feel I was robbed because they I didn't have any window of time by the pickup time, truly unprofessional handling even when i asked for some discount to make it better experience due to this situation but they lacking any kind of customer service experience in this branch, I totally not recommended them for anyone unfortunately.

I returned my wheel locks and 24 lug nuts since they were the wrong part numbers for my New bbs forged wheels. I’m hoping to receive these correct wheel locks and lug nuts promptly. I placed a large order that for the most part was ok. I’m looking forward to hearing back from Nouhad.

I went to purchase the caps for my 2026 Tacoma as I wanted to remove the air dam and I didn’t want the whistle noise, went to Ed Martin’s as I saw his YT video on it. I went to the website found the caps, the website at the time of me purchasing didn’t have a count I could see but the bag in the picture says quantity 10 so I bought 2 thinking I was buying 20 of them. I paid for express shipping and what do you know I bought 2 even though what’s advertised in my eyes shows 10 as it states on the bag. In the end my fault, I highly recommend calling your local Toyota dealership instead of buying on to avoid these experiences all together.
