I ordered the wrong lug nuts for my 4runner. Should've been easy exchange for the ones I needed. Nouhad had me going in circles for a week while I'm waiting to get wheels installed at shop. Never sent return label. Slow response. I had new ones arrive before I even got a final response. Do better Ed Martin.

After ordering a trim piece from two other major online Toyota dealerships and having it arrive damaged, I finally ordered the piece locally from Ed Martin to prevent damage during shipping. Their price on the part was competitive and they honored my request to hold the part in store instead of shipping. My whole interaction with the Ed Martin dealership was fantastic, from the friendly greeting to the helpful guys in the service department. Thanks for such a pleasant experience!

I have to say the customer service was great. I did have some issues with a long delayed shipment, but they were so committed to customer satisfaction that they orderd the delayed/missing parts and personally drove hundreds of miles to hand me the parts in person. Thanks to Nouhad, it was a pleasure doing business despite the shipment problem with USPS that was out of their control.

Ease of use, and I can definetely say, your online Website is the best in ordering Spare parts

The video gave the impression that I would be receiving a bag of plugs. Instead, only one plastic plug arrived. I read the fine print on the order and quantity simply said “1”. That literally meant one plug instead of one bag of plugs. Disappointed for the price I paid for one plug. As the video attests, you need 8 plugs.

Great experience ordering parts from Ed Martin Toyota online. Price was about $500 less than the MSRP, delivery was quick and the parts were in pristine condition. It was a perfect fit with the correct OEM for my car.
