I ordered a size 6. I am true size 6 and it was absolutely huge. At least 2 size too big. Sized like a large. The dress could be only returned for a credit. So I returned the dress using the return label in the package and they are refusing to give a credit absolutely do not recommend. Above disappointed

I initially ordered a different dress from your shop. Weeks passed and it had a shipping label but hadn’t shipped. It was then past shipping expectancy so I emailed support. Only then did they tell me it was oversold and they were cancelling my order. It took me a while to find that dress so I was pretty disappointed and I only had two weeks to find a dress and have it delivered. . left me in a stressful spot. All I was offered was free express shipping. I ended up trusting your shop and ordering a replacement dress. I was happy enough with my 2nd dress but I really adored the first one and would’ve much preferred it.

Always have such an amazing in-store experience at the Toronto location. The ladies are so nice and are quick to make recommendations when asked. Thankfully they had a couple of the Lennon Mini Dress in stock and it fit perfectly. Can't wait to return with my bridesmaids once the new bridesmaid collection drops :)

I wore this for my city hall wedding signing and the color is absolutely gorgeous. The satin feels expensive and beautiful on skin.

This dress was beautiful online. In person, far more sheer. Quality is fine. Unfortunately I had to pay for fedex’s fees ($26) for this to enter the US, which is something I’ve never had to do before. Additionally, the value entered on this dress for shipping paperwork was $52- FAR less than what I paid. It was definitely a bummer to be hit with this fee after paying full price plus shipping. Likely won’t purchase from here again.

I absolutely love the dress — it’s beautiful and unique. This was my first time purchasing from Park & Fifth, and I was so excited for my bridal appointment. Unfortunately, the dress doesn’t fit properly, and the alterations will cost almost as much as the dress itself. I bought it on sale after trying a much larger sample. The assistant assured me I was an XS without taking measurements and said there was only one left, creating a sense of urgency. I trusted her recommendation, but when the dress arrived, it didn’t fit — and only a size M remained. A size S would have been perfect and could have easily been taken in, rather than having to add fabric, which is far more difficult and costly. After several appointments with seamstresses, I learned alterations would be challenging and expensive. Customer care offered an exchange for the M (a 7-inch difference) or 10% off another dress, which was disappointing. This could have been avoided if measurements had been taken during the appointment. As a bride trying on dresses for the first time, I shouldn’t have had to manage sizing myself — especially with no return policy in place. It doesn’t hurt to go the extra mile for a $600 sale — which to me is not a minor purchase — to make sure the customer leaves happy and confident. I went to Park & Fifth hoping to support a local business with affordable, elegant options, but this experience has left me with a bitter taste.

This dress is not only elegant, beautiful, and formal, but also very comfortable.

Dress is pretty but the quality is geuinely awful (Shein clothing would be comparable). Refund policy is awful and should allow for up to 30 days as per standard retail stores.
