I started with Basic Line and fell in love with the cute pair of panties, but immediately had a problem picking the wrong size. Their customer support sent me a larger size IMMEDIATELY for free. That was five or six months ago. I've since added Premium luxe to the subscription: I like the ying-yang of the two lines. The quality is luxury and really lasts well. What can I say? I'm impressed and I recommend.
