Panty by Post is a monthly subscription service for panties delivered to your mail box, or a post office if you're using Canada Post's flex delivery option like I did. There are different quality panties you can choose to subscribe to, from basic to premium, as well as an option for a matching bra and panty set, which is what I chose. They're delivered through regular mail via Canada Post which means there is no tracking number issued, so be aware of that. Upon opening my package I was very happy with the quality of the bra and panty. I received a matching red set made out of a soft material with lace detailing both the top and bottom pieces. The bra can be worn two different ways, either with the straps separated, or hooked together via a J hook, which is nice. At the time of writing I don't know if all bras have this option. I also received a nice little card with information about the set I ordered. This card added a nice personal touch to the experience. The outer box has a very aesthetic and creative design to it, and clearly indicates the company name. If you're interested in being discreet like I am, you can request to have your parcel placed in a blank envelope. You're given the option of requesting this when purchasing your subscription via the notes section on your order. All in all, I think it's a fun experience to be able to pick what kind of panty you want in general, but to then have a surprise in not knowing exactly what you'll get in terms of style and colour. You know, you should get the Nobel Prize for panties!

It took longer than stated to send out my parcel. I’m a medium as mentioned to them but the everyday panties I received were s/m but fit like a small (too tight) and the medium set fit more like a large (bottoms fit too loose and top was padded and I don’t have much on top so I don’t fill it out. The website looks good like they’ll replace without hassle but customer service was slow and then non responsive when I tried. Waste of time and money for me, sad it didn’t turn out.

I bought a subscription for my wife (our tenth anniversary). Of course I wanted it to be a surprise, and being the man, I didn’t know what style to pick so I went with a surprise me option. The first pair came, and as cute as they were, and as surprised as she was, she didn’t feel as sexy as I’d hoped. The cut just wasn’t right. Panty by Post to the rescue. My wife co texted them and pleaded her case. They allowed her to provide more information on the panties she liked and not only did they cater to her needs, but sent a free replacement pair. Beautiful undies!

Love getting a new pair of undies every month! So far quality has been good but did have one pair that started to unravel after a few wears. My only wish at this point is that you could choose a “dark” or “light” option. I prefer darker colours for underwear and so far have received almost all light coloured ones.

Love the colour and style of my matching set! Bralette is best suited for someone with a small cup size but otherwise comfy. Great surprise to receive in the mail :)

After receiving my first order, one pair the wrong size and second pair the wrong order, i brought my concerns to Pany by Post. Rather then resolving the wrong order they cancelled my subscription without my knowledge or notifying me and have not responded to emails that I have sent trying to get a resolution. This is not what I had hoped for. Would not recommend this company. Try Panty Drop, they are size inclusive, I was very satisfied with my first order and from what I have experienced they are excellent at communication with their clients.
