I'm excited to open my package each month, and have loved every panty/bralette set they've sent! It's been three months since I subscribed, and I'm still delighted. I really like that the sets are colors or styles I probably wouldn't have picked myself, but love them anyway. Perfect blend of naughty but nice...

I bought a couple subscriptions as a treat to myself and I am very happy with the product and the customer service. The panties are super cute, comfortable, and make me feel fancy. This will encourage me to get rid of some of my old panties that I've been holding on to.

I have never had such good customer service with other companies like this one. They listen to our needs when there are sizing problems. I am very happy with the quality of the underwears I received. In addition, I encourage a local company.

Love the packaging, love the color, prefer a lower cut seam, but I will still wear them. Being overweight and in transition, I was very happily surprised that they fit!😲🤗 Glad I subscribed so far

I recently canceled my subscription to another monthly panty service because I wanted to find one that's more local. I love my "Naughty But Nice" pair -- beautiful fabric and colour, but found them a bit snug. Without me asking (I simply asked to change the size the next time around), they offered me a complimentary pair of my choosing. Great service and quality. I highly recommend! :)

I love this subscription, it encouraged me to throw away some of the old worn down undies I’d been holding on to. These have fit me perfect every time, comfy material, cute styles and patterns that I’d never pick myself. I’m really happy with them.

Signed up for the monthly bra and panty subscription and the next day noticed they were offering 30% off new subscriptions. Got in touch and within a day they emailed me to let me know they had applied the discount! Really great. Then my set arrives (super cute, lovely pattern and fabric) and I realize I should have ordered a medium for the bra. Emailed and asked how to do an exchange and she said I could keep the small bra (not taking items back due to covid) and that they would send me the size medium with my next months order for no charge. The lady was also very sweet and helpful in all her emails.

I must say that the customer service is impeccable and fast. I am impressed. Wow! Thank you PantyByPost! I have not yet received my 1st order but I am very excited!
