I love the fact that I can order paleo meals for work lunches.

To be able to eat a meal within minutes, this is a fabulous service. I have Sjogren's so this was a blessing in disguise. Batch cooking can be very time consuming. Finding this website and ordering meals was very easy (I Googled AIP meals and this came up). Lots of options to choose from, most of the meals were fabulous and delicious, and it was very easy to navigate through the website compared to many other meals services out there and their apps. You pick your meals and pay, very simple. Since it automatically puts your order as a subscription, you can cancel and order when it best suits you. A few things that weren't the greatest about this experience is the meals are very meat heavy, with a small serving of vegetables. It is also very costly to purchase these meals. Don't get me wrong, it is well worth it, I just made sure to eat extra vegetables and fruit before having a meal. And with how expensive most things are these days, this is definitely something you can only do a few times a year if you feel inclined. More of course if you can afford it.

I received two shipments that were damaged. Not only did they replace my order, they also listened to what the problem was and completely changed their packaging so that there was zero damage in my latest order. They want their customers to be happy with their product. Excellent customer service follows from that company value.

Always delicious 😋. Never had a meal i didn't love! I wish I could fill my freezer so whenever I don't feel up to cooking, I always have a nutritious meal choice available to me.

They were very understanding when we received our packaging broken. The insurance for the package is highly recommended. I don't always trust third party shipping companies but the insurance they provide gives some great reassurance.

Most of the time my experience with Paleo on the go is very positive. But this last time I received a bunch of meals with no label on it to tell me how to cook it. I left a message with the company but nobody ever called me back. But they were very quick to respond when I emailed them instead but that was after waiting four days to get a call back, which never happened. Apparently a slip was missing from inside my box to explain how to cook the meals. It was basically an inconvenience for me to go to the website look up the meal and figure out how to cook it. They experience slightly deterred me a little, but it doesn’t change on the quality and the taste of the meals which my daughter still loves.

My husband takes these meals to work for lunch and loves them. Everyone asks him what smells so delicious. I love that they are as nutritious as what I cook at home.

Excellent food; orders processed promptly and shipped on time. Very pleased and highly recommend.

I've never liked packaged food, but I was hoping this was different. The packaging was great and lasted the entire week in a cooler. I do recommend the simplicity and ease. I may have bad taste buds, but even after adding my own seasonings, it tasted bland.

I just ADORE paleo on the go - The customer service is top notch, almost as good as the food. If I need a box sooner, or a I need to pause a subscription, they always handle it without complaint. Once, a box shipped to me in the middle of summer and something busted inside. It was a MESS and so sad to see good food wasted. PotG kindly refunded my money! Having food that's safe for my intense allergies, plus a pleasant company to work with - What a gift!

POTG portions are generous. I typicaly get two meals out of each tray. The flavors are good, some very ineresting. I would like to see the difficult to recycle (where I live) gel ice packs changed to dry ice paks.

I have only ordered 8 meals so far and I still have one meal left (breakfast hash). All the meals I've had have been delicious, except the gnocchi soup. I found that to be REALLY salty and heavy. The biscuits and sausage gravy so far is my favorite. These meals are extremely meat heavy and could use more veggies to balance it out. The cost to purchase these meals is expensive, but well worth the taste. I still have many meals I have yet to try, but so far it has been a great experience with these meals.

The food is good but the website is very difficult to navigate and has terrible UX. I had numerous difficulties with the subscription, like not getting emails when my box shipped or arrived. If I tried to take advantage of a sale or discount, it would start a new subscription instead of using my existing subscription, so I ended up with multiple subscriptions. I use subscriptions from MANY different companies and have had the most trouble with this one.

Shipping was great. My order was packaged well and arrived frozen. The quality is top notch. I will order again!

I think the sweet and savory sausage/biscuit stuffing was my favorite, although… the sweet potato casserole was a close runner up. Even my 20 year old who isn’t exactly eating healthy fare on a regular was impressed. Thank you for taking the stress out of a special needs holiday but leaving in all of the cozy and yumminess!

I sent food to my son since he couldn’t make it home for Thanksgiving. The portion size was big enough he could share with his friends. They said every item was delicious!

My past experience with paleo had best amazing thus far, especially the customer service side. However, recently something has changed. I didn't get my delivery and have been a loyal member for over three years. I had a subscription every 6-8 weeks. I tried contacting them several times via phone, website, and email with no reply. After a week or so of going back and forth, I finally got my box. The food was packaged differently and the food looked completely different.

I’ve used paleo on the go for months now but then they did Black Friday and cyber Monday deals. Even though i was just trying to get my normal food, they ran out of food and shipped almost a week late with no warning. That’s not a great way to run a business.

I’ve been ordering from Paleo on the Go for about 6 months now. The food and packaging were excellent, so I continued my subscription. The changes that have been made are terrible. The serving sizes are smaller and the sides and main dishes are now packaged together. The sides used to be kept separate from the main dishes and there was more food in each package. I was also charged shipping for the first time with this recent order. I was able to get it refunded, but I’ve had several orders in the last 6 months and never once paid shipping. POTG refunded it, but then informed me that there would be a shipping charge from now on. These changes are disappointing and the reason I’ve ended my subscription.

The food is delicious!
