Delicious, healthy, quality, pricey
The food is phenomenal in quality and taste. It just isn’t affordable for me unfortunately. With shipping, it came out to costing around $30 per meal on average. If there was a way to make it more affordable, I would be interested in purchasing again. Thanks!

2 terrible experiences
Have not received any food that was not thawed, transit time from California to SC is not coming in two days.?POTG is blaming fed x but they only send food the way they are told.! My last order never came. Refunds not showing up at bank. Never do u have trouble taking my money out but even when you say you have sent and show screenshot , if bank does not get it it is not there and claims are being made. Rafael never had problems fixing anything, Arthur is very nice and attentive but problems are not solved. Have not had my food from you for my autoimmune issue for four weeks now. First time major issues with your company!

Everything arrived totally frozen this time. Yay! I am so excited not to be a kitchen slave every day. Potg lifts the burden off me, and keeps me having to make every single AIP meal from scratch.

High prices, below average taste
Spent $200 on eight food items, two items were just cassava tortilla shells. I would not reorder any of the meals again.

Recent change in packaging not good
The flavors and actual food are phenomenal. The recent change in packaging is not great because I had several of the items arrive cracked after transport and it cracked enough to break the seal. So it was unclear if the food was safe to eat or not. I never had problems with the previous packaging.

Pot Pies Are Where It's At
POTG has been a lifesaver for convenience, while being AIP. I love the empanadas and pot pies, when cooked in the airfryer. Cassava has to be cooked well, so I flip my potpie and double cook the crust of the potpies. However, the customer service is lacking.

Bad Shipping Practices Compromise Food Safety
I’ve been a loyal and grateful customer since 2020. Over the past year I’ve noticed several disappointing changes that have caused me concern over the food safety. Mainly, it seems that the company is trying to cut corners on safe shipping practices. Over the past few months have received thawed and unsafe food items because of poor packaging. Most recently, I was promised extra dry ice in a package after over half the items were thawed and well above the 41 degree safe food consumption temperature (I invested in a point thermometer because I had so many thawed food items so frequently and got sick for two days after consuming one with their “if it’s cold to the touch it’s fine.”) My replacement box came again with only two packs of dry ice and two bags of totally melted regular bags of ice that significantly compromise the box structure leading to greater external temperature impact to the contents. When I raised this concern with the customer service about packaging not being adequate to keep the food cold, I was told to buy their “Paleo protection” for extra, even through it’s specifically only for lost, damaged, or stolen packages and does not address poor packing to maintain the frozen food and prevent thawing. Please take the quality of your shipping more seriously and add more dry ice and stop using loose bags of ice that melt.

Wonderful
Every meal has been so delicious. To be honest, the last 2 batches of carob chip cookies has not been like they usually are, due to one batch being more burnt and the other gave me tummy troubles every time I had one. Overall, still 5 stars because all the meals are so good and I love the convenience. Looking forward to the summer menu!

Rural area
I have several times received food that had no longer been frozen and had to dispute the shipment. I love the food. They put in my profile to add extra ice and not ship except Monday or Tuesday. They once again shipped with not enough ice and some were partially defrosted. They need better customer service.
