I like that there is a variety of food and sweets to try. Shipping is a bit pricey.

I’ve been ordering for a few years, and this is my first order with the new packaging. Personally not a fan, I also didn’t like the meals as much as previous ones and one meal seemed to have dairy. Called to confirm and was not able to get a straight answer.

Paleo on the Go is a decent option for my dietary needs. Pros: -convenient, shipped to me -most meals are really tasty -AIP and Whole30 compliant meals Cons: -cooking instructions aren’t on the packaging -some foods are gross -some meals lack veggies for nutrient density -expensive Overall, the convenience of having compliant food in my freezer for a last-minute meal outweighs the negatives. I’ve ordered a few times so I know what meals I love (chicken pot pie, breakfast empanadas, anything with mashed potatoes) and which ones I hate (Asian mushroom soup especially). It’s worth a try if you’re in the fence and can afford it!

I miss the previous microwave containers to heat up the food. However, I know it’s much healthier to use the stove.

The food was really good and convenient as I struggle making all my own food. It was nice to try some different dishes and desserts. The shipping was expensive and wondering why insurance isn't included with what FedEx charges?

Love this option, saves time on cooking and keeps AIP compliant. Great for travel. My order arrived just as expected and has made this trip a success by not falling away from my health goals

I realize change is often not easy but there are several ongoing issues. Less product for same amount of money. Packing issues. Chicken sausages are packed and frozen stacked which my daughter had to come and try to cut apart as I certainly do not want them all thawed at one time.!!Cookies are smaller! But same charge.recipes taste different. No Valentine cookies, no juicy Lucy. I do not like the new packaging. A couple of recipes actually taste better but are overshadowed by all the other issues. Hope to see improvement soon as I spend around 700.00 a month. Here’s hoping that issues will be resolved soon so I can keep purchasing.

The Food and te customer service is great, but Ive had a lot of issues with the website that have left me frustrated. Only reason its 4 stars and not 5.

The food is always packaged well, there's great variety, and delivery is always prompt. I've been using POTG for almost a year now and not really had any issues. I greatly appreciate the service they offer.

One suggestion is to have the nutrition facts and reheating instructions on each product label. Some of my items come with a basic label and some have the nutrition and reheating. Since changing packaging there have been discrepancies. I don’t want to have to refer to the website to look up heating and ingredients. Hopeful things get back on track with consistency in taste and quality.

Everything so far has been perfect Quick delivery , the chicken pot pie was delicious and I really enjoyed the carrot muffins. Hope I can continue to afford it !

I absolutely LOVED paleo. It was a life saver for me when it comes to my diet but recently the quality of the it has declined. It seems as if they are trying to save on costs. The meals used to come in oven ready containers and now they are in containers that covered in plastic film which is sucked air tight to the food. They seem to only be microwave or stove top safe. I loved that I could heat the foods in the oven or in the microwave. It made me feel like I was home cooking a meal while also giving me the convience of a quick dinner if I was pressed for time. Now, it feels like I am ordering TV dinner-style foods and for the price, I would expect more value. It seems as if the chefs might have changed also. Some of the meals I have received were of lesser quality than they have been in the past. THe tortilla’s are MUCH smaller. I can barely fit the meat and the toppings inside. The snickerdoodle cookies only had cinnamon sprinkled on top vs. throughout like it used to in past orders. I am staying optimistic that some of these changes will revert back.
