The pants I ordered took over a month to arrive ( I ordered in Nov during the BOGO 1/2 off sale). The purchase didn't arrive until late Christmas Eve. I emailed customer service twice with not response. I did try to call the company and the only way customers can get a hold of them is via email. Very poor esp is no one is answering your email. I didn't get an email stating my order was on the way, I didn't get an email my email had been received, nothing. I was beginning to think I was being scammed because of the non response I was getting and the length of time it took to get my order. I almost called my bank. Very poor.

Color was not what I ordered, quality was not as good as previous years and size was off from previous years. Never again!

I now get many emails. But never did get ten two pairs I ordered way before Christmas.

I have sent several emails trying to get a return shipping label. The return form says my order doesn't exist. I tried calling the 800 number after not getting response and it is not a working number.

Terrible customer service terrible company

Customer service is horrible . They will not respond. I have 5 emails out so I can return my jeans and no response. I have started to post on social media hoping that will get them to respond

Abysmal customer service.

They cheated me out of two pairs of jeans. Said they were delivered, and they weren't. I have reach out numerous times without any replies. Thus, I disputed the charge with my credit card and opened a BBB case. I can not believe they don't even reply to the BBB! I also managed to find one of their execs whom I reached out to. He promised to help but alas, has gone silent too. I guess the company sucks now since being sold last year!

I have been unable to return these jeans. I have contacted the company without any response from them. I’m stuck with expensive jeans that I’m not able to wear. Don’t buy from this poor customer service company!

Fast shipping. Would prefer a different return method. It would be easier to just include a return label in the package. Sometimes it’s frustrating trying to go online to initiate a review.
