Ordered and paid a lot of $$ but never received.

I purchased three pairs of jeans for my Mom, she already has two pair, she loves them and has worn them so much that she needs an update. Even though I ordered the same size that she’s been wearing these fit her more snuggly and she felt they’d be uncomfortable. I returned them and was ready to order more in the next larger size, but sadly every color is out of stock in her size, hoping that we don’t have to wait too long to use my store credit. I really don’t think she’d be happy with any of the other styles available.

Even though the jeans I want are often out of stock, they are worth waiting for.

Didn’t answer my emails. Shipment was 2 plus weeks AFTER Christmas and I had ordered 3 weeks ahead of Christmas. Bad experience.

Shipping took a lot longer than it was in the past, but well worth the wait!

Don’t order these jeans!!! They arrived in 6 weeks. Tried to cancel the order after 4 weeks. Contacted Customer Service 3 times with no answer. Jeans are extremely high waisted and entirely too long. Website will not allow you to print out return label. I’d rate a “0” if possible.

I am 5'4" and weigh 160 lbs these skinny jeans are too long and the knees are too tight.

Only received 1 of 2 pairs ordered. Have contacted them two times since before Christmas and all I get is a form letter saying someone will be in touch with me.

Jeans are to big and I have tried to get return/refund instructions for weeks with no reply. I am out over $100. Terrible customer service!!

Horrendous customer service DO NOT BUY! Shipping was weeks delayed, customer service promised a partial refund that was never issued. I have made multiple attempts to contact Pajamajeans all of which have been unsuccessful. There is no customer service number to call and my emails are being ignored. I am returning 1 of 2 items for fit, and they are only offering a fraction of the cost. Then the website gave me an error message when it tried to generate a shipping label. What a rip off. STAY AWAY from this company!

The jeans were a Christmas gift for my daughter, and it took over a month to get them. They arrived late after Christmas, and when I reached out to pajama jeans, the response time was very slow. On top of that, they promised me a partial refund, and I’m still waiting for that. I recommend not shopping with pajama jeans.
