Love this cover
A little difficult to figure out how to install it, but watching videos helped. Once it's installed, it's fantastic. Easy to open and close, and I've never had any water get inside, even in heavy thunderstorms. Outstanding product!

Great cover
love this cover! only complaint is that it only retracted on its own for the first week....after that it has to be helped to be retracted.....seems like they could put a stronger spring it it to help it retract.

So far so good
Working perfect as of right now. Easy install for someone with average mechanical and electrical knowledge. Install mine to the rear door wire.

Great Customer Service
I bought the electric bed cover for my 2016 Chevy Silverado. It’s been running great for 2 years. I had a problem and called customer service. Tony was Great. He helped me trouble shoot the problem. The break went out. The new one is on its way. Best customer service I have ever experienced! Thanks to Tony.

Great cover.
Had a guy try to break into my f350 truck bed. They jumped on the cover repeatedly to the point they busted part of the cover out of the track bending the aluminum stays. The cover still didn’t come unlocked and they didn’t even get enough room to get acces to the truck bed. Filed a police report and am ordering a replacement. Took photos.

Great Cover
I had Roll N Lock electric covers on my last 2 trucks I was told they were the best for security and overall workmanship I bought this Pace Edwards UltraGroove Electric Tonneau cover because Roll N Lock didnt have one for my 2019 F350 8' bed. I just installed this yesterday and I have to say the workmanship and quality is much better I also love the features that the roll n lock doesn't have.. You can add a remote switch in the cab and not have to rely on the remote fob. there is also a release encase you lost the remotes, motor fails, or battery power so you can manually use the cover , You touch the remote button once and it fully closes / opens, The roll n lock you have to hold the button until it closes/ opens :( I have to say Pace Edwards Ultra Groove Electric Tonneau is a Great product.. I was a little discouraged buying this because of the post by Rodney H. " Poorest product he ever owned " So glad I didn't listen.. All I have to say is Rodney you installed it wrong..

Highly recommended for DIY installers.
Installation was a challenge. The installation instructions were OK, but left a few key steps out for a beginner. I suppose a more experienced car DIYer (do it yourselfer) would have had no trouble. The unit itself fits perfectly in the tailgate of my 2015 Toyota Tacoma TRD. Fishing the wiring harness under the truck was ok until I got to the gas tank. Once by the gas tank, the firewall was the next head scratcher. I ended up poking a small hole through the rubber grommet for the wiring harness and fished the harness through taped to the end of a coat hanger. I had already clipped the ends off to keep the hole small. Once through the grommet, I stripped the insulation off the wire ends and crimped the connectors back on to the harness. A little heat shrink wrap made sure the wires were well insulated. Removing the left side panel cover was a little tricky. There is a plastic part on the floor where my left foot would rest, that refused to come off. It took quite a bit of force, but it finally popped off. There was a bolt under it that held the side panel in place. The wire colors listed in the instructions were correct, according to the Hilton manual I had purchased. Of course the wires were buried behind six (6) other bundles and connectors. Getting the connectors apart was easy, once you pressed the correct part of the connector. Getting the connectors back together took a little help from my 11" long reach 90 degree needle nose pliers. The pliers held one side of the connector, while I pushed the other side in with my hand. Wiring under the hood was pretty easy, but I do have lots of electrical experience, so that was expected. I got lucky and didn't have to switch the wires at the powerlock unit. Everything tested out properly. I have been using the unit for about two (2) weeks and it works great. Hopefully, it will last for many years. Highly recommended for DIY installers.

Almost 2 yrs, still great: 2016 Dodge Ram Sport 1500
I bought the truck new in Dec 2016 and purchased this then. I installed it myself, and even though I'm a novice it only took about four hours. This does a good job of keeping things in the bed secure so long as the truck is locked. It doesn't even get wet except at the very back edges. This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. It was around $2200 in 2016, and I was a little worried about sending off that kind of money, but I would never own another truck without it, now. The only downside is that you lose about a foot of your bed opening in the front where the housing sits, but the benefits far, far outweigh that. What's especially useful is that when you load something long, you can just close this up to that item, which in turn makes it more secure. I'm really surprised these aren't on every truck.

They say it won't fit the Ram dually
But it fit mine. Easy to install and looks great. I ordered it because it didn't require a lot of clearance for my fifth wheel hitch. I would add a photo of it installed, but I don't see an option to do that.

2006 BedLocker still going
Purchased a 2006 BedLocker and it still runs great. Would recommend this product! As I look at replacing the original truck, I am also considering another Pace Edwards electric cover.

Weather gate
Product was good. Poor instructions on installing tailgate seal. Had to go on line to watch video to make sure it was installed correctly.
