First of all this is not Pace Edwards this is a company called Real Truck so you're not actually dealing with Pace Edwards direct like I initially thought. I ordered a Pace Edwards Switchblade Tonneau cover from this company on December 4th 2019. I received the product on December 17th. The next day I installed the product which took about two hours only to find out when closing the tonneau cover that it was about 6in too short. I immediately called the manufacturer and told them my story. They then advised me that they shipped me the wrong product and it was their mistake. They told me they would need to get a return label from the manufacturer to send this back. This was the first time I found out that I was not dealing directly with Pace Edwards, but dealing with a company called Real Truck. Over the next 3 weeks I spent numerous emails and about 20 phone calls trying to resolve this issue and get a return label so I can send them the product back. Their excuse was they were waiting on the manufacturer to generate a return shipping label. On January 7th 2020 I filed a complaint with Visa because I was getting nowhere with Real Truck on getting this merchandise shipped back to them. On January 10th UPS showed up at my door unexpectedly to pick up the package to return to the vendor with no warning to me. The vendor never told me when UPS would be there to pick up the product. I told UPS it wasn't ready and I would have it for him the next day. UPS picked up the tonneau cover on the 13th of January. Here it is now February 3rd and I still have not received a refund. The incompetency of this company is incredible. All I want is my money back for a product that they incorrectly ship me. Their mistake for shipping me the wrong product and here I am 2 months later and still don't have a refund for their screw up. Shame on this horrible company. I highly recommend not doing business with this company. And deal with a reputable company like autoanything.com this is where...

I like the product, there is a but. When I ordered I don't ever remember seeing an email saying when expected ship date only that my order was received and being processed. After a couple of weeks which had a holiday in it I called to find out. They gave me an a expected ship date, but it shipped couple days later than that. It arrived with no issues. When I tried to install, that is where the real hassles started. After struggling to get it installed, had issues getting back clamp on. Before operating the cover I checked dimensions between rails. The rear of the truck rail measurement was a 1/2 inch short and both rails where as tight as possible to the truck bed rails with the shims removed. Since it was supposed to rain over night and needed to drive the truck the next day I removed everything. While I had the rails in the garage I noticed that the "L" brackets that are pop riveted where in the wrong locations. I called customer service and talked to Tony and explained my issues. Since I was on a time frame to have the cover on the truck before I was leaving on vacation and needed to keep my luggage dry since it was supposed to rain that week( it did actually rain ) Since there was not enough time before our trip to wait for a replacement to be shipped,my only option at this point was to drill out and swap two brakets myself before cover would work properly. I switched the brackets and cover works as it was supposed to and was alot easier to re install this time around Only issue after installation is there is a small leak at the back of the rails to the tail gate of the truck. The cover has a nice rubber strip that mates up to the tail gate but there is a small gap at each rail end. I'm going to see if I can find a small gasket the will close this gap. Overall the switchblade cover works great, just hated that I had to do it twice and do a repair to make it work.

No one ever likes when things don't go as planned. When they do it's more that helpful to have someone help you fix the situation. This is the kind of service you can expect from RealTruck. They stood by me until the problem was solved. I'd definitely do business with them again!
