Be nice to get my refund on a returned package. Customer Service hasn't respond back to email and online isn't helpful.

Ordered a Tonneau Cover for my new dodge and the website says order today ships today and I have not received my shipping notification. Called customer service and they said it would be another 5-6 days before my cover ships. Don't state same day shipping if you can't actually live up to it.

I put the Tonneau cover to work in the intervening weeks since installing it. I mounted the SmittyBuilt overlander tent to the Thule racks I purchased. Every thing is rock solid. I was helped in the process by Jon Barlock and another gentleman, Josh I think. I did not get an email from (Josh?) so I had nothing to refer to. Thanks again my cover works great and looks great.

Have one on my 2001 chev K2500HD since it was new. Never an issue. Was easy to install completed installation myself in about 2 hours. I want another for my 2019 chev 1500 but they’ve doubled in price. So unless they have a great sale, it will have to wait.

Had this power unit for 2 years now. It has provided super security against both human and animal break-ins. In 2018 someone tried to get in by pulling away the weather stripping. Anything other than a power unit would have the lock bars exposed to bending and unlocking at this point. Now in May 2019 Had large bear try to get in. Paw prints left up the side of the truck across the cover down the back of the truck. Then more paw prints along the back seal. The bear had a 5 inch paw print guessing mature black bear over 150 lbs. The BEAR DID NOT GET IN!!!

Easy to install, perfect fit, well engineered, couldn't be happier.

we bought the bedlocker with the explore rails love it. only we had to get the inside control as the remote is just too big. now i wish i could by just one of the horse that attach to the explore rail to use as a Headache rail. we have had it for over 6 months and still working great. dealer had it installed and installer i think cut one gasket at the tailgate too short , your service with shipping us a new one was great it did stop moas of the water from running in there.

Really nice kit. Nice quality and good directions.. I'd def. buy one of these again. Only wish the directions spec'd to hook to back door locks on FOB .vs. front door lock. Then it would open on 2nd push.
