Issue with Owl and Owl bar working together. Created real issues in out last Teams call. Disappointing aa just bought the Owl bar as thought would enhance our meetings. Matthew James 519-851-4045

We've used Owl 360 webcams for years, but unfortunately our unit we had for the last 5 years stopped working one day. It was out of warranty but the Owl Rep was really great in giving us a discount. As much as we loved having the discount the final price was still much higher than their competitors. We ended up trying 4 different brands some much cheaper and some closer in price to the Owl 3. A couple of them were promising at the start but during our meetings that Owl quality that we were accustomed to having simply was not there. We returned all 4 units and went back to Owl as they are simply the best 360 webcam provider in this industry. Not a fan of the price, but I guess you get what you pay for, so we are sticking with Owl. I would give them 5 stars but the price requires a serious commitment for my not for profit company. We pray this unit lasts much longer than our Owl Pro.

Shipping was great. Ease of online ordering was great. Have not had a chance to actually use the product yet. I'm waiting for our IT department to connect it to our system.

Good videos but really frustrated that there was not word about it not connecting via a dongle.

From other reviews, I discovered that the cable from the Owl to the PC is often the cause of problems such as we have been having with our equipment from the onset. I was glad to be able to purchase an Owl-approved replacement cable and will see if it helps.
