I recently purchased the owl, gen 3, I wish your website offered gen 4. Images are blurry, could I upgrade to Gen 4?

Trouble shooting, communication and speed of replacement delivery was good. The product does not meet my expectation.

Owl customer service was fantastic. They jumped in immediately when I had an issue. They walked me through some troubleshooting for my issue and ultimately got me a new product (which works wonderfully). The whole process was seamless, and they were very easy to work with.

Customer service was excellent; replacement camera arrived ahead of schedule and there were no issues with the setup and installation.

Shipping and Customer Support were extremely efficient and helpful. I definitely will continue to use Owl products for our meetings.

There should be a bit more disclosure of how to install and the possible necessity for the owl bar to make the product work more seamlessly. I have seen after the purchase the subtleness of the power cord always being connected.

Best hybrid conferencing system I’ve ever used. The remote folks could follow the conversation around the table, which we thought would be nearly impossible. Definitely worth the investment for my dispersed team.
