Received knowledgeable and attentive technical support for our failed unit, which was out of warranty and likely took a fall off a table. Replacement unit was shipped promptly, and support staff followed up afterwards. Great experience.

It works much better than the original. Haven't had any issues as of yet.

This Owl 3 works properly and allows several small groups to have much improved hybrid meetings.

The set up is easy and experienced no issues with the initial call. I have a small area to conduct meetings, so it is advantageous to have so few cords and just a table top for the all in one device. There is no hiding from the camera, despite my super trying (ha ha). Picture is clear and Teams experienced no glitches in its interaction. It even hoots! Everything was stored neatly in a box that you can reuse. No plastic wrapping!
