Fast and really easy to set up. Very cute with the eyes. lowol the owl will be very appreciated around the office! I would like to add that the features that separate the Owl 3 from the 4 and 5 are not different enough to justify the price gap. The only real difference is the quality of video 1080 to 4K. But even there I think there is a mismatch between how many screens are 4k and in the market. Also, the primary office environment is what this is used for so I couldn't convince the higher ups to buy the 5. They were like "why do we need 4k. " I think the HDMI passthrough is worth mentioning but there are work arounds for that feature using the laptop that the owl is plugged into. I wanted to buy the best one, but I could not. I just wanted to explain why.

customer service was great. I went into a call with Juan, he is a wonderful guy and asked me to follow some troubleshooting steps to find if the device is working or not. Unfortunately there was no fix with the specific problem we were dealing with. So he end up deciding to replace our device with a working one for free. Everything was handled very smoothly.

I am having mic and set up problems

The Owl replacement came fairly quickly, and we were able to get it up and running. However, when it came in, the blue box with the directions had a few pieces missing - which tells me this was either originally a return or a refurbish.
