customer service was great. I went into a call with Juan, he is a wonderful guy and asked me to follow some troubleshooting steps to find if the device is working or not. Unfortunately there was no fix with the specific problem we were dealing with. So he end up deciding to replace our device with a working one for free. Everything was handled very smoothly.

I am having mic and set up problems

The Owl replacement came fairly quickly, and we were able to get it up and running. However, when it came in, the blue box with the directions had a few pieces missing - which tells me this was either originally a return or a refurbish.
