I broke my pair of glasses ordered replacements glasses before the weekend (and near the holidays, but still) but the overnight glasses ended up taking 6+ days. I still haven’t received them yet.

Hi I just wanted to reach out and say I was supposed to get my package on Tuesday 12/23 now it’s going to be a day late and that is very inconvenient for me cause I’ll be heading out of town. On my receipt it says next day and it was shipped today 12/22, just trying to see what I can do.

I ordered my glasses December 7. Today is December 22 and they have still not arrived. My glasses just needed the lenses replaced. After not hearing anything for a few days they sent me a “waiver” to sign since the frames weren’t new and showed some wear. Then they informed me that they couldn’t replicate the shape of my lenses and required me to choose between their offerings. So I would not recommend them.

Helped locate a previous order, guided me through the process re-ordering a new pair with a new prescription. And delivered fast overnight!

This is a first class operation with express shipping both ways, excellent workmanship and good communication. My only downside is that it costs more than some competitors, but here you do get what you pay for.

I had some trouble with tracking my order. The customer service was amazing. They helped me with everything.

Quality is great. Review would be great 5* as well. Once the automated replies/reminders are tweaked to represent reality (delay reasons, even if fake, a human name to reply to from get-go.

Good quality on top of it taking exactly 27 hours from pushing submit to having the glasses in my hand. Most places quote 2 weeks before they’re available so this is amazing for people on a strict schedule.

I feel like the rush fee should be much more obvious as to how you get your glasses overnight. It's a bit misleading since the name of your company is overnight glass. With that being said. . . Placed an order on Sunday, they said tuesday was the earliest delivery date with express shipping and thats exactly when they arrived. As far as the glasses go they fit great and ive actually gotten a couple of compliments on the color which was unexpected. would definitely recommend. significantly cheaper than the eye doctor and i just used a PD measurement tool online
