I chatted with them before I placed my order, and the representative was knowledgeable and very patient with my ignorance. They made it in 24 hours. I couldn't believe it. I won't lie though, my new glasses are taking some getting used to. At first, I was a little a bit worried andwas thinking maybe I had the wrong prescription. But evidently, I amjust having to adjust to new bifocals after a new prescription with a big astigmatism change. I have not had had an exam for over four years. So far so good. Great service.

The glasses I chose said that progressive lenses would work, but I have to hold my glasses up tightly and high (unnaturally) on my face and be able to see properly:/

I broke my glasses and needed a replacement as quickly as possible. I used to go to Lens Crafters for their one hour service but that has been discontinued. I searched online and found Overnight Glasses and was impressed with the available frames and easy ordering process. Got my new glasses the next day - Christmas Eve. Great service and product. Delays in manufacturing falling near holidays or vacations make this a one week process. I ordered my glasses after an accident broke my last pair. I had a trip scheduled for the 26th of December (7am) and I ordered my glasses on the 22nd and I got a message saying that they would be delivered by the 24th. This was perfect since I would be able to drive for my trip. On the 23th at 10:58pm, I received an email telling me that they will instead ship on the 24th, which meant my glasses will be delivered mid-day on the 26th. (UPS does not deliver on Christmas). What this meant was that I could no longer drive for my trip, so I had to book expensive alternatives to visit my family. Now I will have to wait until the 30th (after my trip) to be able to have my glasses. I understand manufacturing delays, and the Holiday season made this hard to push, but that doesn’t change the fact that there was an initial delay that made this a bad experience for me. 3 stars because no one around me would have had glasses ready for me this fast. If you’re a new customer make a correction in your own brain and think of this as “overnightuptoaweek” glasses. If you lower your expectations and factor in delays, you will still have your glasses faster than other places. Just a bummer for me 😔

I was not informed that the frame I ordered would require extra processing and it's taken more than a week. And I still haven't had my glasses shipped to me

I ordered on Saturday and it came on Wednesday. The only reason I bought from here was to have them by Monday night / Tuesday morning. It’s Wednesday and I still don’t have them. I emailed their customer service rep and they replied once and then just stopped replying to me when I demanded an explanation.
