I swear I ordered blue but got black. Vision of off with the glasses. Going to call regarding replacement.

It took 7 days to get the “overnight”. Bad service, but glasses were ok.

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately my experience has been not as expected. I already have a case in with your customer service team but the glasses I received were broken in three days. The lens keeps falling out of the eyeglass. I've sent pictures over to have a new pair sent and I will send these back once I receive them. This is extremely inconvenient.

My elder mom with dementia lost her glasses. Kaiser’s earliest appointment was 3 weeks out! I was in panic mode. All big box retailers said 7-10 days and she couldn’t wait that long. Overnight Glasses came through in 2.5 days. Took a bit longer only because they were progressive lens. Highly recommend.

Blurry peripheral sides of lenses

My issue was resolved in a timely and professional manner.

I was not happy with my glasses. I did not realize the lenses I was ordering. They worked with me to send them back and get a different pair and lenses. They credited me the full amount.

Saved me when I lost my glasses in the ocean during a beach vacation far from home! Despite being on a secluded spot of an outer banks island - I got the glasses around 24 hours after ordering. Saved me from going the rest of the trip blind (and reminded me that I should pack a spare pair of glasses for the future!)

Great site, Fast shipping

I was unable to order on my iPad which was weird and kind of primitive, but moved over to my MAC computer and completed the order. I received the frames just as described that I ordered and was happy about that as I believe that style is no long being manufactured and really wanted the small size.
