I love the style and how easy it is to put your prescription in

Illustrating the point. At 4pm on a Friday I found out I had ruined the lenses in my old glasses. After calling my eye doctor, I found out I wouldn’t get replacement lenses until a week and a half later. Going through overnight glasses. I was able to input my exact prescription and got the new pair on Saturday afternoon. I can’t be more appreciate!

Excellent experience. I lost my glases on vacation. I used a different company and had a terrible experience. In the end, the emergency glasses didn't arrive. I now needed them next day. I switched to overnight glasses. Everything worked perfectly. Order was easy. Reasonably priced and the order came on time so I could drive home. The other company kept telling me the glasses were on the way until the last minute when they said oops. I would have been really out of luck but for overnight glasses.

I did the cliche. I dove in the ocean on vacation and lost my glasses. Cue the swears. I googled “overnight glasses,” and as luck would have it, there IS a business that overnights glasses! I watched in awe as they were shipped from somewheres in Cali-For-Nia all the way to me in almost 18 hours. So imagine my blood pressure reading when I get an update from UPS that my address doesn’t exist. And that I now have to pick it up at an Access Point half an hour from my rental. UPS Support was of no help, of course. An additional day later, my glasses are beautiful and the carrying case is very neat. 10/10 Overnight Glasses fulfilled their end of the deal. UPS gets a 4/10 for somehow fumbling the last mile of delivery and not implementing address validation to support their own drivers

Grand ! Well done, completed the job as promised - put new lenses into my frames. Thanks for the good job ! One comment - put the waiver for frames right at the start of the order process - there is no need to wait for the frames to arrive. This cost me an entire day / two of wait time. If frames arrive and are in poor condition, then invoke the exception process and communication.

I was impressed by how simple the website was for choosing my new pair of glasses. The frame prices were reasonable, and the additional fees were more than I expected; however, when I received my glasses a day prior to what was promised, the look, fit, and flair were what I needed! The Overnight Glasses are a hit out the park for me, and I will use them again!

Just got home from vacation and went try on my new glasses and the lenses fall out of the frames. The lenses also happen to be set back extremely far from the front side of the frame. I've never had a pair of glasses that look as thick as these do because of the placement of the lense. Hopefully something can still be done about it because I was hoping to get them before my trip but they were delivered too late in the day when I was leaving. Delivery was still next day though which was great. I'm not sure how these glasses ever made it past some type of quality control if you shake the frames you can hear the lenses rattle around they are so loose. On one occasion I was walking and the lense fell out on its own. The frames fit my face great but they have some issues going on with fitment and machining of the lenses.

Expensive but good quality

Not a single complaint, I forgot to fill out some boxes on the prescription side and I accidentally chose the wrong lenses, but, denisse reached out personally and made everything right quickly and I still received my glasses next day

It’s been 4 days and I still don’t have my glasses, the shipment says delayed and there isn’t clear communication on when they should arrive. “Overnight” feels a lot like false advertising

I sent in my classic goldfield rimless frame, and they expertly replicated the lenses with my exact prescription. I was amazed by how quickly they completed the work!

My glasses didn’t ship overnight. Had to reach out to find out what was going on. Was told they made an error on their end and they would replace them “at no extra cost” considering I didnt receive anything at all saying that specifically was pretty insulting. I certainly wouldn’t expect a $400 order to be free because of an internal error but the fact that it is currently end of day 8/10 and I have not even gotten a message about the new order even shipping yet from my order placed 8/7 that was supposed to be overnight and not even a discount of any kind applied isn’t good business from a company with overnight in their name.
