I purchased the dogwood stick for my puppy. He had some brown stains on his molars that a tooth brush wouldn’t take off. He’s been chewing on this tick since he got it and the stains are gone. Antlers and Buffalo horns caused my last dog to crack his tooth so these are perfect.

I bought 2 different bowls so I always have one that is clean. Shipped quickly.

I requested a refund, email confirmation on October 20, 2022 said it was approved and refund would go back to my original payment in 5-7 business days. I donated the toy to my local shelter, as instructed. and it’s now November 8, 2022, 12 business days later and I still haven’t received the refund.

Response was a little slow but they were good

Had a defect with one of the puzzle toys before giving it to my dog, addressed it with OH and they took care of replacing it with no problems! Very prompt and new toy came fairly quickly too. Thank you!

I have bought outward hound puzzles for my dog since he was little and have been very pleased with them, but not this time. The people were not helpful when I received the wrong puzzle or at least not the puzzle pictured and were not very accommodating about the return process. I did not have the ability to do what they wanted and I told them so. I ended up keeping the puzzle but have not used it.
