Hello, So, I worked with this company before about two dog toys that Sonoma destroyed and punctured the squeaker in a matter of minutes, So I was given a credit and a recommendation for a new toy. It was your blue dog bone shaped chewy toy. Well Sonoma loves that toy however she already ate threw the corner making it one really long toy which seems fine however... The funny way my Bully dog plays is shaking her head from side to side which this toy is about a 1-pound solid rubber death whip that unfortunately has knocked down my wife at the knees, Sonoma has basically knocked herself unconscious, Odin our poor boy won't enter the room once Sonoma has the toy and it's flinging around killing or mangling anything within a 2-foot diameter. The bottom half of our Christmas tree is gone now, and the presents are now on the shelves. She loves the toy and thank you for the recommendation, but we will have to take it away since it did not stand up to Sonoma and then became and lethal weapon. If you happen to have any more recommendations, we would gladly love to try them out! We love giving her new toys and hope to find a resolve to this, I don't want to give the poor thing a bowling ball for Christmas.

Your customer service guy was awesome and very understanding, but it seems the bean counters have taken over the design of what was an exceptional value and toy that lasted, now it appears to be cheaply made junk.
