I bought two level two puzzles both were built well but my dog completed them very fast. I will probably move her up to a level 3. They did keep her busy for a few minutes tho.

I m very disappointed in the butterfly toy. I had purchased one in a pet store and my cat and I played with it everyday for months and he loved it. I ordered two more but they broke within the week. I had expected the same quality and experience in the two I ordered from you, by the way, for considerably more than I paid in the store, but anything for Andrew. Wish I could be more positive.

I ordered a variation of these beds (to my own detriment, not from Outward Hound) and was highly disappointed. I got these for my two larger dogs (Pitbull is roughly 85lbs and Lab mix is roughly 75lbs). The beds are a tad big for them, but it works out great cuz they cozy up in the beds, sometimes together in one. They are super soft. Not sure how I will go about washing them yet but otherwise very satisfied.
