Great customer service Correcting delivery issues

Good site, but the construction details of the products needs to be clearer. An easy click link, which shows step by step assembly before you by, would have be helpful. It is not a 5 hour job like the website suggests. It took 5 days including treating the wood.

Shipping was a struggle, as it's a 2 person lift and I had to assist the delivery driver to get it off the wagon and into my garage. Delivery dates were hit and miss, with promises broken and general confusion.

Great service kept well informed about delivery.

Shipping was quick. Didn’t get much notice it was arriving so lucky we were in. Customer service were quick to reply when I queried a few things.

We were sceptical about putting it together, but it’s the best flat pack we’ve put together. You need to be organised, check all the items (we wrote the timber numbers on each piece, this made our life much easier). It did take us about 10 hours to put together, but we did do this on the hottest weekend, so had to keep finding cover for health reasons, otherwise one day would have done it. Good quality product, goes together as it says on the instructions. Our Grandchildren absolutely love it & have name it “Our Play Park”. Hours of fun have been had already.

Arrived quickly with no problems,it says takes two to build it,my husband did it on his own,did say it would be better with two,but was straight forward.

Fast delivery and no problems

The grandchildren and neighbours children have used it all Summer. I'm really glad I bought it. Well worth the money. I made a few mistakes putting it together but all easy to rectify.
