The product was great. Your customer service was brilliant. The first initial delivery company were appalling. Incomplete delivery. They had no clue what they were delivering and communicating was hard as they didn't speak English well (not there fault) but the delivery experience was awful. But when I finally received the rest of my order via different delivery service that was so much better.

Delivered on time and generally good quality, but the slide was damaged in transit. Raised the issue with Outdoor Toys and they replaced it immediately. Very impressed with the service, thank you!
