I have used many different hair products for curly hair and Advanced Climate Control® Heat & Humidity Gel - Stronger Hold is average. It does not have a cast as some gels do but it is expensive in comparison. I will continue to trial different products in search for a product that does not have a cast yet holds the curls. This product does this but there was still some frizz. My less expensive products with a cast have less frizz. I will plan to cancel my subscription to Ouidad - this is how I was willing to trial the product and not pay as much. Also after reviewing the ingredients on my Yuka app to determine if product is healthy, it rated poorly. Less expensive product at major chain stores was a better choice and I will continue to look for a reasonable hair product that's healthier and budget friendly.

Ouidad ships quickly and accurately. I love how they are willing to ship to PO Boxes since I live in the rural and don’t get residential mail service. Great prices and great sales. Fantastic products.

Even though I didn’t like two of the three products I bought I was very satisfied with the customer service experience. I was able to ask for a refund. So it was worth it to try them. Now I know which gel to buy next time.

No update on shipping two weeks after purchasing item. When contacted customer support, was only able to talk to AI that repeatedly apologized for inconvenience but did not offer solutions. Wasn’t able to get in contact with a customer service representative until week 3. Was never advised the reason for delay and only refunded for shipping.

Quaidad is specifically for curly hair so there focus is perfect. The products are all very good. Love the choices, shipping is quick.

I was using Quidad climate control regular hold. I purchased the stronger hold, which works just as well as the other. This is the best curl product I have used. It delivers what it says it will.
