Buyer Beware!!! There is no customer service. The company has declined so much since Ouidad sold it. Even the product formulations are going down in quality.

I had an issue with an order and wanted to find out my options. My issue could not be fixed with their AI, The phone number listed on the website does not go to Ouidad. I had to look up a good number. I called the customer service number I found, and no one answers so all you can do is leave a message. I emailed about my issue and 2 weeks later still have not heard from anyone. It's Horrible. It used to be a good company when the actual Ouidad owned it.
