These ties are brill

The customer service answered my questions completely. The answer to the type of fabric used for neckties (not 100% silk) was not what I was looking for. I think traditional tie widths are excellent. However, the the material would be my holdback from purchase as it would not meet my quality standards.

Best customer service i have received in a very long time. I ordered the wrong color tie and pocket square. I called and spoke to Max in a mad panic as we had an wedding in 4 days. They gave me a store credit before sending incorrect purchase back, ordered new and paid extra for express delivery. I received new order the next day from Melbourne to Adelaide. Well done everyone in a world where customer service is dead, you went above and beyond.
