THE CHAT WAS GREAT. IAM 87 & LOOKING TO BUY A LOBSTER SKINNY TIE SOON FOR MY SON. i DID FIND IT ON LINE & WILL OREDER SOON. THANKS

My inane and somewhat ignorant enquiry was answered by Ben, who responded with friendliness, humour, and such adroit advice that I am now questioning several aspects of my life. I do not know what he looks like, nor his current relationship status, but I fear I may be in love. What a man! What vocabulary! What culture! What a magnificent human being!

Great email support. very fast and responsive.

Not just selling their goods but they back it up with excellent customer service. They stand behind their quality.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 star service from OTAA! Ordered a tie and pocket square Wednesday afternoon for a Saturday wedding. Emailed to request same day dispatch and received an auto-reply in 30 seconds, then a personal email from Ben 6 minutes later confirming it was sent. Delivered Friday at 9:45am, beautifully packaged and excellent quality. Could not be happier! Thank you to OTAA and everyone behind the scenes!

You guys rock. Carry on you champions!

Customer service were excellent when I had a query. Prompt & through reply! Great work as always

First, I love your sense of humor. I have several Aussie friends, and it must be a national trait. I mean, who else would send a sticker certifying that I'm a handsome bastard? Second, your ties are beautiful and many are unique in their colors. They match beautifully with my jackets, and as my wife, Laura, will tell you, I'm reallt finicky about color coordination. Third, the quality is really first rate, and your socks are so very comfortable. And finally, derlivery is really fast, especially considering the distance between here and Australia and the fact that Roos only jump maybe 15-20 feet per hop and then must swim from Sydney to the U>S. Well done!

Beautifully packaged and presented, delivered very quickly.

Great service to reach out to the postal team quickly to check on my delivery. Everything arrived on time and the package is awesome! Will be back in future

Great service and product

The ties is more narrow than I thought. I take full responsibility for not having been thorough when looking at the description. Beautifully made and I’m sure it will look good on someone, just won’t be me.

I bought a very nice bow tie from this mob. They wasted no time in stuffing it into a (very nice) envelope and popping it in the mail. As I live in Brissy, I thought it might take a week to get here, so I paid for super-fast delivery. I think it might have got here before they put it in the mail. Before I could say, "Crack a coldie", the bow tie was here and around my scruffy neck. Unbelievable. They even have instructions on the packaging to not throw it away, but get creative and use it for something else. So now the envelope is on my desk awaiting a creative thought. That could be a while. Anyhow, my wife likes the bow tie, which is a plus. Thanks, mates.

great job

Excellent range, service and availability

very helpful pointed me in the right direction

Very nice quality and service. I quite honestly wasn't pleased to hear it shipped from. . . Texas (land of Trump). I love and support Australia, but my feelings for Texas are the opposite (to put it nicely).
