Fair dinkum, Otaa’s customer service is a bloody ripper! I was keen to get a specific tie and pocket square sorted for my sister's upcoming wedding in Wisconsin—strictly following the groom's orders for us groomsmen. But the website was having a mare at first, reckoning it couldn't ship to me in the States. I kept checking back until the best man gave me a shout that his order finally went through. I hopped straight on, and bingo, I was able to place mine too. With all the faffing about, I completely forgot to chuck in the 10% welcome promo code I’d signed up for. I flicked Otaa a quick reply to my original support email to say the order was successful but I’d missed the discount. They didn't muck around—they replied straight away and refunded the 10% back to my card, no worries at all. Bloody legends! Stoked to get the gear.

These ties are brill

The customer service answered my questions completely. The answer to the type of fabric used for neckties (not 100% silk) was not what I was looking for. I think traditional tie widths are excellent. However, the the material would be my holdback from purchase as it would not meet my quality standards.
