I was looking for a quality silk tie to go with two shirts I have. The tie selection at OTAA is top notch, and the customer service is beyond 5 stars.

Prompt response and resolution to an issue caused by their delivery partner

High quality, as described, extremely happy.

I have not received my ties. Lease refund my money.

All excellent thanks ... Regards, Nick (Hong Kong)

What can I say... excellence at its best

Amazing experience from the very beginning to receiving our purchase for our Son’s wedding. Professionalism, great communication, a bit of humour and great packaging was an added bonus! Highly recommend. Cufflinks were of beautiful quality. Thanks team

Your packaging and marketing efforts are stellar!! Trusting your ties pocket squares and socks for my daughter’s wedding. Delivery time from Australia to the East Coast of the US was very timely.
