Pack had that terrible design flaw but the after sales support was great

I’ve been using Osprey products for over 30 years, and I genuinely wouldn’t use any other brand. The Talon 33 is an excellent example of why Osprey has earned my loyalty. Having used this backpack for years, I can vouch for its comfort, practicality, thoughtful design and reliability. It’s clear that Osprey understands what people need from their outdoor equipment, combining lightweight construction with the features and functionality that make a real difference when you’re out on the trail. What sets Osprey apart is not just the quality of its products, but the confidence you develop in a brand over time. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction reinforces that trust and makes you happy to keep coming back. After more than three decades of using Osprey equipment, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the brand. The Talon 33 is a superb backpack, backed by a company that genuinely stands behind what it makes.

The Osprey All Mighty Guarantee is really impressive.

This backpack is Great. It fits all my lowland leader kit. The rain cover is attached so it won't fly off or get lost. The top opening makes it easy to pack/unpack. It’s very comfortable to wear, the straps around the waist and chest help to ease the pressure on my lower back with heavier loads.

Good value bundle. Arrived quickly. Great products for hiking.
