The almighty guarantee lives up to it's name. The replacement of a 12+ year old model that delaminated internally is amazing customer service in an era of cost cutting. Very impressive and easy to recommend company. Not cheap, but quality products.

I bought this for a 5 day trip to Portugal to use as my under seat cabin bag and travelled with just this. The bag fitted everything I needed in, got through the airport smoothly and was a comfortable wear. It also didn’t feel too big to use on day trips whilst on holiday as well which was a great benefit of the bag.

Since it couldn't be fixed, I received a new backpack—all arranged via email.
