Can’t fault the delivery and communication.

The team were very responsive to emails from my first contact on the website. They also made a quick decision about whether my backpack could be repaired so I had a new one within a few days.

Wow

Shipped quickly, product is great, customer service very prompt and helpful also

10/10 my favourite bag. this is by far my favourite bag I’ve ever owned. I love the fact that it has a waterproof cover, extremely useful and definitely something i prioritised. The bag is really comfortable on my back on long hikes, and plenty of strap length to adjust it, so other people in my family can borrow it as well! The outer pocket on the water bottle area is perfect for those little easy access things i always seem to need, and i love how deep the water bottle pockets are - perfect for my pasta in a thermos, and a water bottle! I normally put a water bottle and sun cream in one of them, and they fit perfectly! Highly recommend for a day bag that typically gets full quickly, families with children (therefore requiring more stuff), and longer day hikes!
