Quick ship doesn't exist. I ordered products for my client and not only its been a month but also now they are saying I have to wait till december for them to ya e them in stock again. I have a very disappointed client!

My items shipped weeks ago and are being held my Metropolitan shipping company because they received incorrect shipping information from Oroa. Somehow another name and address were attached to my order and they will not deliver until the delivery address gets updated, which has taken weeks and dozens of phone calls and I still cannot get them to confirm a delivery. Somehow they have different contact information and address associated with our items than were on the order I placed. I double checked records and our receipt and everything was entered correctly, so I'm not sure where the incorrect information came from.
Rarely, does anybody ever answer the telephone. it took a week of calling to finally place an order and have my questions answered. My item was discontinued. It was supposed to be in the container three weeks after I placed an order , however, nobody told me that it was discontinued. This company held onto my money for three months and if I didn’t call consistently for 10 days I never would have known that I wasn’t getting my furniture . only after my credit card company opened a case against your firm. Did I get any acknowledgment that a refund was coming. shame on you shame on you shame on you in such a competitive world one would think that your company would value good. We ordered our Tikamoon dressers and nightstands in March. Delivery was expected in June. Then July. Then August. Then September. Finally in NOVEMBER, the nightstands were on their way — but not the dressers because they hadn’t passed inspection… The nightstands arrived in Miami, were put on a truck, and were supposed to be to us before Thanksgiving. Then suddenly the items were lost. Reportedly the truck (Metropolitan Shipping), broke down, and the items ended up on North Carolina — which is a long way from California. I ended up cancelling that order. We waited for the dressers, which finally arrived in the last week of December (after Christmas)… And after all that, the quality of the construction was wildly disappointing. Screws were loose, hinges are janky, wood chipped during shipping. I didn’t even bother to report it because dealing with the company is just too difficult… The only saving grace in all of this was an employee — Macarena — located in Florida who was very sympathetic and tried to help as much as she could, but was clearly not empowered to do much. She DID arrange for the dressers to be shipped by another company — not Metropolitan — but still the items arrived damaged. So in short, I will never again be purchasing from this company, nor will I recommend it.
Still have not received my console table. Been waiting months!

We just received the Felix swivel chair. We are very excited! The chair is beautiful, trendy, and extremely comfortable. The Oroa team is great: very nice, quick to respond and professional! Will definitely buy from them again !
very bad follow thru. Received a fixture broken and have still not heard back from anyone. Want to order more with reservation!
