Love the products but delivery time even for the “quick ship” items are way too long and there is no way to get info. On timing for when to expect delivery. Also received a defective table top and while I was told I would get a replacement I may be waiting a very long time and am not completely confident it will actually come.
I found an entry bench on the site that was perfect and the trade team was very helpful in getting it sourced and brought in from overseas. I had to wait several months, but so happy I did.
I ordered this table in May and received it in November and when it arrived, the screws are not going into the holes. I’ve asked customer service to have a white glove team come out and assembled the table correctly. I have not heard back. I’ve contacted them several times I’m very disappointed!

the product looks amazing. the shipping, or better the timing, has been more challenging. not the part of the shipping compan, but for Oroa to ship the bench out. it took several phone calls to follow up. first they could not find my payment, and later on, the shipping out kept being delayed.
One of my mirrors was broken. Packaging was horrible.
Table came damaged and no one will respond about a refund.
My product took a long time to arrive and was overpriced and damaged,

Incomplete shipping info on delays and not enough tracking info.
I was told the delivery would be white glove delivery and then it got left on my client's doorstep in boxes and a massive crate. I was also told the items would get there 2 months before they did. We never would have ordered the chairs if we knew the wait time would have been this long. We were promised they would arrive early Dec and they came in Feb.
Fabulous headboard! Just like the photos. I wish they offered it in other sizes for other projects. Each one varies slightly since it is from natural teak. Absolutely beautiful! Love it.
We had a problem with the delivery address and we requested to reroute the delivery after the chair had already gone out. We went on to UPS’s website and it suggested we send the chair back to the UPS distribution center and have Oroa reroute the chair. My assistant spoke to Carolyn and she was going to call and see what she could do to help us. We followed up several times via email and every time we tried calling, we got disconnected. Subsequently, the chair ended up going back to the Oroa warehouse and we have to have it shipped again.

The purchase was perfect , Caroline was wonderful The deliver took about 2.5 months to receive quite awhile. The tables were delivered outside and left just off my porch which I found surprising. Fortunately the tables came I great condition
