I love the product but the overall timing from purchase to delivery is horrible. i purchased my items on may 22nd and it’s now June 7th and haven’t received anything !!! I feel like the amount being charged for these products the overall processing should be faster.

The products are good but the shipping is horrible. Took 10 days before items were shipped.

Orena by far has one of the best quality body butters and oils I've tried. I own over 40 products from Orena and I love every one of them. They are sensitive skin approved which is a plus for me.

I placed two separate orders for over $200(anything over$125 free shipping) and they would not refund my shipping or give me store credit! No valid reason was given! The products are great but they did not do right by a repeat customer!

Products are amazing! But shipping is beyond horrible! For some reason I thought that paying extra for two day priority shipping would help, but it didn’t unfortunately…. placed order on May 17th and today is June 1st and still no package! Ups says that they didn’t even receive the package yet! It’s so disappointing…you would think that they care about their customers, especially when costumer spends so much money at their store…I fe for people who order internationally…. how long do they usually wait…. six months? Probably even longer!

Will order again.
