I placed an order on June 2nd. It has yet to ship. I reached out via email and Instagram but have not received a response yet. I hate giving bad reviews however, when you are spending almost $500 on products, your hope is they get shipped in the window that is advertised on the site.

I was struggling with making Erba Pura last. The only made the difference. the scent lasted all day.

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my purchase. My order was placed on May 1, 2026, and more than a month later, (as of June 12, 2026) the items still have not shipped. (8oz Seventh Heaven and 8 oz Warm Angel body lotions), I have contacted Orena multiple times seeking an update and have waited days for a response, only to be told that no estimated shipping date can be provided. If Orena does not have these items available for shipment, they should be removed from the website or clearly identified as backordered or delayed. Customers should not be led to believe that products are in stock and will ship within 3–8 business days when that is not the case. Advertising products as available and providing shipping estimates that cannot be met is misleading to consumers. At a minimum, Orena website should accurately disclose inventory availability and any known shipping delays so customers can make informed purchasing decisions before placing an order.

Really enjoyed the body oils, smells just like the perfumes. Longevity and projection is always great. I will be repurchasing.

I put in order May 20th I have recieived nothing and am not happy

Every time I walk past somebody, they always ask me. What do I have on?

I ordered this body oil a few days ago. The first thing I noticed when I applied it was that it smelled amazing, very similar to Delina. However, about an hour later, the fragrance faded and was replaced by an unpleasant oily smell. I even applied lotion beforehand to help the scent last longer, but unfortunately the oil smell still became noticeable after about an hour. Overall, the initial scent is beautiful, but the lingering oil odor was disappointing.

I would give Orena 5 stars and beyond, but quite disappointed in Customer Service. I sent an email about my order and also asking about a certain body butter that was out of stock. Weeks have gone by with no response.

The scents were amazing. I have marshmallow bliss, sweet love.
