I am a loyal customer! I was gifted Gourmound Heaven two years ago and I’ve been a faithful customer ever since. I’ve only had one issue with an item arriving broken and I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement.

This was my first time ordering and it took nearly 3 weeks to get my product. Emailed customer service only to receive a generic response which stated that my order would be shipped soon. I didn’t think they meant another full week in which it had already been two with no updates. The interesting thing for me about businesses is that they have their guidelines/deadlines for their customers and when those deadlines are not met the customer is held responsible but when the business fails to follow their own policies, nothing. There were apologies not explanation as to why they missed their deadline but received full payment. There was no compensation for the customer.

I’ve been loving my products from Orena, the shipping is normally quick and my packages arrive safe and well wrapped. The body oils give a great central when you apply them and I find the perfume oil to be consistent as well.

The scents weren't for me. I'm trying to return for a full refund; however, I can only be issued a store credit that I may never use so it's just money that I have basically lost. Still waiting for over 5 days for the refund to a store credit to be approved so I can return.
